Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure platforms
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable IT projects
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize system performance
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise-level applications
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Valid work authorization for US employment (visa sponsorship available)
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural experience
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure certification preferred
