Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise IT infrastructure systems
- Lead migration projects for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident resolution for critical business systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security compliance initiatives
- Document system architecture and create technical SOPs
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure or software development
- Expertise in at least two cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) certification preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours on-call rotation
