Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and cultural sensitivity

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Japanese, or Mandarin preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience in multicultural settings

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
