Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in specialized clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses accurately
- Document clinical observations and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (required)
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
