Responsibilities
- Perform manual and mechanical harvesting of citrus fruits and seasonal vegetables
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting tools
- Maintain crop quality through sorting, packing, and post-harvest handling
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with field preparation, planting, and pest management
- Participate in team training sessions for equipment operation and safety
- Document daily work activities and inventory reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
