Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced industrial energy systems using company-provided equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues in field environments
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization protocols
- Document service reports and maintain digital maintenance logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and innovations
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of field service technician experience in industrial/mechanical environments
- Valid HVAC certification or equivalent technical degree (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills with electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Proficient with diagnostic software and digital reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
- Experience with renewable energy systems (highly preferred)
