Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables and fruits according to seasonal schedules
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to achieve daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and field conditions promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
