Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops following safety protocols
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Perform general farm maintenance (fencing, repairs)
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in seasonal planting/harvesting schedules
Qualifications
