As a key member of our operations staff, you will ensure the smooth flow of daily activities, manage complex schedules, and act as a gatekeeper for our executives.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive availability with precision.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a focus on grammar and style.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors, determining urgency.
- Organize and maintain confidential filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data security.
- Plan and coordinate internal team events, board meetings, and client hospitality.
- Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
