Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced medical imaging equipment
- Provide technical training to healthcare staff on equipment operation
- Document service reports and maintain equipment databases
- Collaborate with international team members on cross-border projects
- Ensure compliance with FDA and international safety standards
- Respond to emergency equipment malfunctions within 2-hour SLA
- Participate in quarterly equipment innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of medical equipment maintenance experience
- Certification in CT/MRI or ultrasound technology preferred
- Valid US driver's license and clean record
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and troubleshooting tools
- English fluency with technical documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in sterile environments
- Willingness to obtain Arizona biomedical technician license
