Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial equipment with provided tools
- Perform precision repairs and installations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Train junior staff on equipment operation best practices
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to prevent downtime
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years industrial equipment operation experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic technical certification (e.g., OSHA 10, forklift license)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
