Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems and computer peripherals.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn system architecture and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new software releases and applications.

Qualifications
