Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system.
- Training: Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to stay current with industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify common technical issues and suggest workflow improvements to the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and product teams to escalate complex issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot step-by-step.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours (Monday - Friday).
