As an Entry Level Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters professional growth, innovation, and collaboration. While our primary office is in Austin, we are also recruiting for remote roles that support Careers in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and onboarding sessions to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to attend and participate in on-site hiring events and training workshops.
