What You Will Do:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have seamless access to our software solutions. You will diagnose issues, provide solutions, and educate users on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams efficiently.
Qualifications
