Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for internal clients and external customers in a timely manner.
- Customer Communication: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat, translating complex technical jargon into simple solutions.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential issues before they affect business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Installation & Setup: Assist in the deployment of new hardware, software installations, and network configurations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to develop technical skills and improve support processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
