Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with difficult customer situations.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-centric demeanor.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote support roles.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends if necessary.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software platforms.
