Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage technical support tickets using our internal CRM software to ensure timely resolution.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine computer maintenance, software installations, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Communication: Translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to learn new protocols and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions to improve our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
