Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Represent the company at local networking events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow.
