Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs.
- Post and optimize job descriptions on various job boards.
