Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and cloud applications
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Conduct remote system installations and configuration updates
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Assist in developing knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with proven ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
