Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and product teams to identify recurring technical issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new entry-level team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
