Responsibilities
- Develop & Test: Assist in the design, coding, and testing of software applications and web platforms under the guidance of senior developers.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to internal staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise code and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to contribute to team goals and project timelines.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through continuous learning and research.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic knowledge of Python/Java is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
