Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound research to identify and contact potential business clients via phone and email.
- Consultative Sales: Present our clients' products and services to new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and client reactions to help refine our sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to achieve collective quarterly goals.
- Training Mastery: Attend daily training sessions to sharpen communication skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Attitude: A positive, resilient mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
