Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities in the Miami and Georgia markets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends in Florida and Georgia to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align on campaign goals and share feedback.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Miami office or remotely within the Georgia/Miami area.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
