What You Will Do:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and networking events to introduce our services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and competitor activities.
- Consultation: Provide expert consultation to clients, assessing their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and maximize results.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to learn and grow within the company.
- Availability: Must be available to attend our upcoming Hiring Event in Dallas.
