Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the Michigan market to identify trends and customer needs.
- Client Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a talented team to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our customer relationship management system.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience is necessary; we train you.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, resilient attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time, Monday through Friday shifts.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
