Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Track daily sales activities and pipeline performance using CRM software.
- Attend weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
