Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends within the Indianapolis region.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.

Qualifications
