Responsibilities
- Build rapport with new and existing clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Learn and execute our sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing training workshops and shadowing sessions.
- Manage customer records accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a corporate sales setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access for virtual training.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
