Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by providing product information and closing deals in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and management to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales or customer service experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and coachable attitude is essential.
