Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Support: Assist in the outreach and acquisition of new clients through phone, email, and in-person networking.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve our service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Training & Development: Complete our proprietary training program to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Event Representation: Represent Apex Growth Systems at local hiring events and community engagement activities.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude over aptitude.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday) and attend on-site events.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to the Charlotte, NC area.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
