Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and mentor junior staff.
- Manage daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
