Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to present our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and update our CRM system accurately.
- Assist in training new team members and share industry knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive, professional attitude.
