Responsibilities
- Conduct professional product presentations and sales calls to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Attend daily morning briefings and ongoing training workshops.
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of reliability.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
