Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Learn and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating the web).
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso office.
