Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist customers in finding the right products/services to meet their needs.
- Learn and demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly revenue targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Document customer information accurately in our management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
