Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a weekly basis.
- Assist in organizing store displays and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and clean.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration.
Qualifications
