Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for remote clients.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex technical problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and software environments.

Qualifications
