Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and general navigation.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality.
Qualifications
