Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist customers via email and chat to resolve inquiries and provide product information.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through our platform to ensure they feel comfortable and successful.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we teach you everything.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers and Microsoft Office Suite.
