Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and feature requests.
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist in the growth and retention of our client base.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and team training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
- Create and distribute weekly newsletters to keep clients informed about product updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
