Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Accurately document patient assessments and vital signs
- Assist with medication administration and treatment procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across hospital departments
- Complete required nursing competency training modules
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Passing NCLEX-RN score or eligibility
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Eligibility for US work authorization or visa sponsorship
