Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist licensed nurses with medical procedures and equipment
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Support patients during meals and mobility with proper techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior nursing experience necessary (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Must pass background check and health screening
- Eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)
- CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
