Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of experienced RNs
- Assist with daily living activities and patient monitoring
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in skills workshops and orientation programs
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Eligible for Oregon nursing license (NCLEX pass required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Authorization to work in the US OR eligible for visa sponsorship
