Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and manufacturing tasks according to established safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions carefully.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
