Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Participate in system upgrades and security compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- No prior IT experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity fundamentals
