Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity compliance initiatives
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop technical skills
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, servers, and cloud services

Qualifications
