Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of office IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and privacy standards are met.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
