Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop problems including OS, security, and connectivity issues
- Document all support cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Assist in developing user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
